Refund/Exchange Policy: In-Store Sales

0-5 Days from Invoice Date: Full Refund

6-30 Days from Invoice Date: Store Credit

31-60 Days from Invoice Date: Store Credit + 25% Restock Fee

61+ Days from Invoice Date: Final Sale

Final Sale Items: Not Eligible for Refund/Exchange

  • Items that have been modified, customized, or altered.

  • Delivery, install, and labor fees unless cancelled before the work begins.

  • Floor model or discount/sale items (not including design/trade discounts).

  • Some vintage, one-of-a-kind items may be marked as final sale.

Deliveries:

  • If delivery items are returned/exchanged, customers are responsible for any additional delivery fees to return the product.

  • When items are delivered, the Full Refund/Exchange policies begin at the date of delivery. Design Bar will provide a delivery date within 60 days of your order being complete and ready for delivery. If you do not accept the delivery within 60 days of your order being complete, you will forfeit the refund policies, and all items will be final sale.
